By activating or using FalconConnect / FalconConnex mobile SIM services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Overview
FalconConnect / FalconConnex offers prepaid mobile SIM plans that include unlimited U.S. talk and text. Data is included based on the plan selected. Plan details, including high-speed data limits, are available at signup.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent. A valid ID and payment method are required to activate service.
3. Acceptable Use
Unlimited talk/text is intended for standard personal use only. Use for spam, robocalls, or abusive activity is prohibited. Plans may be suspended or terminated for misuse or excessive use that disrupts network stability.
4. Data Usage
Plans with data include a set amount of high-speed access. After that, speeds may be slowed for the remainder of the billing cycle. Some services (e.g. video streaming, hotspot) may be deprioritized during high network traffic.
5. Devices & SIM
Users are responsible for using a compatible, unlocked device. SIM cards remain the property of FalconConnect / FalconConnex and may not be resold or reused without approval.
6. Billing
Plans are prepaid and renew monthly. Service is suspended for failed payments. All taxes and applicable fees are included in your monthly rate unless otherwise stated.
7. Cancellations & Plan Changes
To cancel or change your plan, you must contact Support. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged. No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time.
8. Coverage & Availability
Service is provided via major U.S. networks. Coverage may vary by location and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party carriers or factors beyond our control.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, device incompatibility, or external network failures. Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
11. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of changes.
